Security for Skin example demo accounts

I ran across some alarming posts at webhostingtalk about running demo cpanel accounts. I wondered if anyone has any insight on this problem and how to overcome it without just creating images of panel? I'd really like to keep the demo account running for people with as much functionality as possible. What exactly is the danger and why doesn't cPanel prevent it?
