Security login and support on reseller accounts not dedicated servers?

Please inform me if there are more security options:
1. Login into CP only with our digital signature as this digital card can be used only by one person.
2. Logs can be sent per email with particular email address when any file changes. In this example we can react when there is any change that was not planned. This is issue as hacker and user can not know when we admin is not informed.

Is this possible as standard security for WHM CP?

There are no native features with cPanel/WHM that offer the functionality you described. You are welcome to gather feedback on third-party applications that may be available for monitoring changes in files. Or, feel free to open a feature request for those options via:
