I am runing the following on my server under linux 7.3

    Apache/1.3.27 (Unix) mod_log_bytes/1.2 mod_bwlimited/1.0 PHP/4.3.1 FrontPage/5.0.2.2510 mod_ssl/2.8.14 OpenSSL/0.9.6b

Are they any security concerns with this? What patches should be applied?

You should be fine, no security concerns. You may want to upgrade PHP to the most recent stable release; it contains a few bug fixes.

No problems for me thus far and I've had it running on countless machines for about a week.
