Security Token Missing

Hello,
I am a new user to CPanel and when I tried to log in, it says, "Security Token Missing." How do i fix that? I tried other browsers and they don't have that message but tell me my log in is invalid, when it is not. I saw that the last time this question was asked was a few years ago so hoping for simple, laymans terms for how to fix it. Thanks!
