Hello,

Are you encountering any additional issues on the system? I suggest reaching out to your data center or hosting provider to have them verify there are no hardware issues on your system (e.g. bad RAM).

Thank you.

Not. I have not got any other issues.
I think that this is not hardware related. I had the same events on old server on other data center. The server is not online for a time, so I can't show live system.
I was able to reproduce the issue with root user by opening some account's webmail for first time after root is logged in.

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

Was there a solution to this? I see this message on several servers. Maybe it is related to somone attacking the webmail service (DOS). I usually see higher loads when this happens.

Hello,

The reported issue is addressed with internal case CPANEL-6604 as part of cPanel version 58.0.13:

Fixed case CPANEL-6604: cpsrvd: avoid segfaults when running webmail.

Information about how to update cPanel/WHM is available on the following document:

How Can I Update cPanel/WHM?

Let us know if additional issues continue after updating to this version or newer.

Thank you.

Hi,

I have noticed the same error with Cpanel RELEASE 11.62.0.17. Is the same issue again reported with 11.62 ?
