Segmentation Fault when trying to login

When trying to login to the server via SSH Telnet I get a error: \"Segmentation Fault\" and then that\'s as far as I can go. As far as I can tell all other things are functioning as far as websites, email, etc.

I\'ve been unable to reach my provider any one here have an idea if there is anything I can do to correct this? Thanks.
