I have a user with an extensive set of IMAP folders for their email which are sync'd over multiple devices. Somehow they have managed to loose a particular IMAP folder. I have backups from the previous day but a complete account restore would cause more problems than it would fix. Can anyone suggest how to restore just the specific IMAP folder that is required ??

    Hello :)

You could manually extract the backup archive via the command line and then copy over the specific files/directories that are missing to the account.

    Thank you.

Email account data is stored in the following location within a backup archive:

    Code:
    /home/cpmove-username/homedir/mail/example.info/test1
Note the path may change depending on where the archive is extracted.

    Thank you.
