    Hi,
I just renewed my SSL cert on RapidSSL, I followed all instruction to install renewed cert, but after this when I try to go in a https area of my site I get an error about self-signed cert.
    Why?
    cPanel 11.25.0-C40255 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9

It is possible that a self-signed SSL certificate may have been (inadvertently) installed instead of the paid SSL certificate (e.g., the self-signed SSL certificate generated with a CSR).

I recommend using WHM to remove and re-install the SSL certificate using the known paid SSL certificate (CRT) and its matching RSA private key.

Here is the menu path in WHM where the old SSL virtual host can be removed:
WHM: Main >> SSL/TLS >> Manage SSL Hosts

Here is the menu path in WHM where the new SSL certificate can be installed (or for updating an existing SSL virtual host):
WHM: Main >> SSL/TLS >> Install a SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain

When installing the SSL certificate, please copy and paste the CRT that was sent by the paid SSL vendor, then allow the rest of the form to auto-fill, then double check the CRT, KEY, (and CA bundle if needed), and domain and username to ensure they are correct; once the information is verified the form should be submitted to install the updated/corrected SSL certificate.

For additional information on using our SSL/TLS features in WHM I recommend the following documentation resource:
    SslTls < AllDocumentation/WHMDocs < TWiki
