Greetings -

Using my user account's Email Filtering, I've attempted to send messages containing Cyrillic characters
to the Junk folder by creating rules where, if the sender or subject contains a Cyrillic character,
it's rerouted. However, it just doesn't work. Here's an example (they use 'OR' conditions):

I've searched this forum and located other threads on this topic, but they're over my head.
Is there an article or FAQ which might help?

Hello :)

Could you try temporarily setting your browser encoding to cp1251 and then try adding the filter rule again? I have seen an issue like this in the past, but I wanted to verify this workaround is valid before referencing the case number we have open.
