Is there functionality available in the cPanel API that would allow a user to be logged in via SSO and then forwarded to a specific page?

IE: I want to take a web visitor on our site, allow them to click a link/button that would take them to a specific page of their cPanel hosting (the module in question is an extension added to cPanel, not one of the core modules provided by youall).

I'll add two screenies show what I mean in case I havent been clear:

    Default login takes users here:

I would like to take the user directly here:

Is this possible? What API function can I use to accomplish this?
