    Hello,

You can use a website such as IntoDNS to verify the MX and A records for this domain name exist. Let us know the outcome.

    Thank you.

Did you ever get resolution for this. We have same issue with ***.gc.ca. Mail delayed up to 18 hours with that error message then suddenly delivered OK

Did you encounter any issues with the DNS for the affected domain name? Do you notice any error messages or warnings when using a tool such as IntoDNS to check the DNS records?

    Thank you.

There were some errors with Nameservers but nothing crucial I would have thought. MX and A records are fine.

Check to ensure the hostname of your system has not changed, and that a valid RDNS entry exists.

    Thank you.
