sender address rejected

All our confgured email accounts are working fine.
However all the emails automatically generated from our hostname get sender address rejected (the automatic welcome email sent when someone joins a forum, and things like that)

eg
[email protected] - works fine
[email protected] - gets rejected

our hostname in WHM server_setup edit_setup is: neptune.host366

It is the same with other accounts than host366.com as well

In Exim config editor - The check box for verify existance of email senders is checked, if I uncheck this, will it fix the problem but allow unwanted spam?

Any ideas

neptune.host366.com does not exist... at least not on the internet, since there is no A record for it in your zone. Since Sender Verify 'verifies' that the sending domain's address actually exists, 'resolves', your server's hostname fails the test and mail gets rejected from it. Fix your hostname and it'll work properly.

Didn't you forget the .com at the end? That's not a FQDN.
