One of my clients is using SquirrelMail and an external server that they are sending e-mail to is failing to deliver the messages, saying:

    550-Verification failed for
    550-No Such User Here
    550 Sender verify failed

I understand that the remote server is trying to contact the sender to see if the e-mail address exists. The problem however, is that while we host this customers mail, the A record for their domain is pointing elsewhere. I believe that the remote server is looking up our clients domain and getting pointed to the wrong server to check.

Is there any way that I can tell remote servers to use maybe our hostname or something instead of the clients domain when doing a sender verify check?

    Thanks :)
