Hello!
We have a project here at the Company. We will be migrating some emails from a server of ours with Microsoft to our server on cPanel.
- We have a domain A - which is with Microsoft.
- And we have a domain B - which is on cPanel.
But we are not going to migrate all the Microsoft email to cPanel.
And also, our main Group accounts, will stay in Microsoft, for now. For example, [email protected]ínio.net / [email protected], among others.
So what we need to do is enable the accounts that will come to cPanel, to send emails through the domain that is on the Microsoft server without problems.
Example:
Email - [email protected] (which is in cPanel)
Send through - [email protected] (which is in Microsoft).
-------
Internally, if I send through domain B, using domain A to a recipient who is on domain A or who is on domain B. They receive it normally.
But if I send to a recipient outside one of these domains, the message is blocked.
-------
On both servers I have already added them as external domain and put in all possible permissions.
-------
What can we do to get it to send outside these domains in the above scenario.
Any questions as to what is being done, I am happy to oblige.
NOTE 1 - Both domains I am the Administrator.
NOTE 2 - I cannot, at this time, put both into cPanel or both into Microsoft.
