Hello;)
I can no longer send any emails but I can still receive emails. When I send email, I check in cpanel -> Emails -> Track Delivery and i see that the status is "Connection timeod out".
I already checked in WHM -> Security Center->SMTP Restrictions and i see that it is disabled.
What is the reason for this ?
I have valid PTR, SPF or DKIM records

Hello there! If the message isn't sending out at all, PTR/SPF/DKIM would not be related, since it's not leaving your server.

I would recommend testing the outbound connection that mail will use with telnet. You can do that by running this command from your server:

telnet mx1.cpanel.net 25
Note - if telnet is not installed, you can run "yum install telnet" to get that package installed on your machine, as that is included with the base operating system packages.

If that command times out, that would most likely indicate your hosting provider has blocked port 25 for your server, and you'd need to contact them directly to get that resolved.
