Sending Email With Outlook Issue

i need help .
the email that i created on cpanel i link it to outlook but sometimes when i send email to another person he didn't received
for example i sent him 3 email he received only one email .why?
and there is no erorr

Hello @beartx,

Your cPanel Access Level on your forums profile shows "Website Owner". If that's correct and you don't have root access to the server, then this is something you should report to your web hosting provider. They will be able to review the Exim logs to determine what exactly is happening to the missing emails.
