Sending Emails Problem - They Keep Bouncing

    Hey All

    I was wondering if someone could help me. When I try to send an email from outlook I get the following error:

    "not permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged
    into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP
    Authentication turned on in your email client."

    But I DO have SMTP Authentication turned on in your email client.

    Would anyone be able to help me on this please.

    Try putting in your ISP's SMTP path, as opposed to the domains SMTP.

    Seems like your ISP is blocking port 25 ( As many ISP's are starting to do, which inturn causes sending mail errors )

    You CAN receive mail with no problems right?

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Also make sure that antirelayd is running. If it's not then running the following will restart Exim and antirelayd:

    /scripts/restartsrv_exim
