    Hello,

Our /usr/sbin/sendmail was accidentally deleted. What would be the easiest/best way of replacing it with the proper one?

    We are running FreeBSD 4.9 Cpanel/WHM 10.0-R11.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    Try the following scripts.
    /scripts/eximup --force

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

/usr/sbin/sendmail is just a symlink to /usr/local/sbin/exim-<VERSION> for future reference if anyone deletes that file. :)

    Go on, have a guess
Actually, it should not be a symlink, it's supposed to be a binary wrapper for exim and can be replaced as bijo indicated.

Well, cPanel support said to make it a symlink. What exactly will that script do? I assume no configs will be changed...
