Separation MySQL Users and their databases from cPanel User to another

Hello,Guys,

I want to separate MySQL Users and their databases from cPanel User to another.

i.e : if cpUser1 has his database cpUser1_DB and its user cpUser1_DBuser and its password cpUser1_DBpass, the cpUser2 can access the database and its user&pass of the cpUser1's one

I want to restrict that action so cpUser1 is the only user on the system additionally of course root can access cpUser1_DB


I saw that in some webhosting but I can't do that

can any one knows the key of this info?
