How can I set up a seperate phpmyadmin for a domain?

I have a customer. He has a full cpanel access.
Now he want to give a developer a phpmyadmin acess WITHOUT giving him access to the whole cpanel features.

Is there any possibility for such a feature?
    If, please tell me how...

    Thnaks for your help

    Michael

I am having this exact same dilemma. Does anyone have a solution to how to access PHPMyAdmin without CPanel access as long as they have a MySQL username set up?

You can install it into a directory of your choosing. domain.com/phpma/ and pass protect that directory from the link in cPanel. Read the config.inc.php (I think its called) to setup which DB will be able to be accessed.
