Serious convert mailbox problem, please help

Hello,

I need help for fix convert mailbox problem. The main problem is, I can't receive new mails without doing

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/convertmaildir

I've tried to

/scripts/upcp --force

but it didn't work.

So I really need help and support.

What does your mail log say? There is a funky quota bug with some older releases, might be a quota bug, but last I knew it was resolved.

Check the maillog and exim_mainlog - see if you can get some more information as to why it's stopping.

Did you /scripts/convert2maildir to convert your system over to maildir?
