Server and Provider Help

I have a server now that doesn't seem to be holding itself together and for the money I am spending on it I see I can get better servers for the same price at different providers, cause they are limited on there servers. But what worries me is I have never been down once with the one I am on. I am looking for opinions on providers and servers to handle this. This is the stuff my server is handling now.

Centos with whm/cpanel
50 domains and 500 email account approx. 75 imap rest pop3. Averages 5k email a day.
Basic websites some with some word press.
Backup services for some of my clients.

Looked into iweb and liquid web and hosting source and many others. Done many searches but everyone has there own hype.
Best so far has been iweb and hosting source with there servers,

Stats: Intel 6*Xeon E5-1650 3.2GHz 64 GB 2 TB (Raid-1) hosting source.
