Server being really slow after latest update

Never had any problems before with releases of cpanel 11 however upgraded to the latest current release and suddenly the load is sky high and its being really laggy.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

That is the odd thing that I dont understand, on the top command there is nothing terribly huge using up the cpu, although what does seem odd is that there are 475 total processes, most of them are sleeping and the rest are zombie, only 2 or 3 are actually running.

I will open a ticket so you can have a look at it.
