Server Completely Down

Hello pals! Greetings to you all!
I was surprice when calls from clients wake me up this morning that their site is unaccessible.
I came online and found out noon of the sites on the server are accessible.
I tried login into whm but to no avail and to my greatest surprice, SSH won't login as well.
DOn't just know where to start from and how to resolve this.....
Any clue on this ? please

You should contact your provider / data center and ask them to check what is wrong.

And by the way, you should be the 1st one to know if your server is down. Use Pingdom or similar to alert you when the server is down.

Howdy,

I'd recommend using something like uptimerobot to watch your server and send you a text message. Finding out first really helps me out.
