Three day ago, I create a new user and the server stop responding, I must hard reboot, when reboot it's all crash, all users are vanished, named.conf and others files are corrupted......
I try again and again the server crash....
I try again, change only from Automatically Detect Configuration (recommended) more » to Local Mail Exchange and the user is ok..
But now I'am afraid to create a new user and today I find the /etc/localdomains file corrupted....
    Some ideas?

    Hello :)

It seems like a possible issue with your filesystem or hard drive, rather than with the cPanel software. Please review /var/log/messages, /var/log/dmesg, and /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log if creating a new account results in the server failing to respond and look for any specific error messages.

    Thank you.

None of the output you provided indicates why your system reboots after those actions. Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.

Do you know what the resolution was to this? We're seeing a similar issue on a server we manage right now.

Could you verify which error message appears in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when creating a new account?
