My server bombed out on Saturday (ran out of space)
I managed to get it back up again, but during it's down time, a number of services had stopped or stalled etc.
Users were complaining of email timeout errors this morning, so I had to restart exim, which cured the error messages.
Looking in the main mailbox, there's a not a great deal of emails.
We'd normally expect about 50 or so over a weekend, there are about 6.
Firstly, i don't understand why exim accepted the 6 or so that it did, and what will happen to the ones that never arrived.
Will other mailservers try to resend, or have these been lost ?
