Server Crashing - High Loads - dnsadmin

We've got a problem with a server in our cluster.

It was given a RAM upgrade earlier today and since the reboot has been experiencing extremely high loads which I think are caused by a script called dnsadmin.

I'm unable to kill this script (killall dnsadmin works but it respawns) and the loads are so high that I can't get into WHM or update cPanel.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

James

When a server in a cluster goes offline, DNS cluster requests are queued up for the server until it comes back online. After sufficient time, the queue will clear and everything should return to normal. If this process takes more than 24 hours, then you'll need to have the issue investigated further.
