Server dies after each reboot

Hi,

Whenever I try to reboot my server from whm or ssh, it goes down completely till power recycling by DC. I have disabled its firewall and tried it but no success!
Here is my server details:

Pentium 4 - 2.4 Ghz, 1Mb Cache
Memory: 512Mb RAM
CentOS 4.4
cPanel with WHM

Any comment would be appreciated.

Without any error messages, it is really difficult to say. You'll have to dig the log files including: /var/log/messages
/usr/local/apache/logs/
for errors that might help in troubleshooting the problem.
