Hi,

My server is down, I get this email from server

The filesystem “/” mounted at “/” reached “critical” status because you currently use 99.83% of its available blocks.
Anyone has idea where to look to solve this issue ?

I checked via rescue mode the available space and I see this:

Are you able to boot up the server? In rescue system you have to mount the disks to be able to check the content and free up some space.

Hi,

Thank for the answers!
The problem was solve, I was able to access the server in rescue mode and delete the backup files that used all the space for root centos partition.

Do you know why the space used by centos does not appear in the picture attached in first post?
It took me a long time to find where the problem is.
