In trying to reboot my server it says apache is up and running but yet in the whm it shows
    apache (1.3.27 (Unix)) failed
    bind (9.2.1) failed
    exim (exim-3.36-21_cpanel_antivirus) up
    ftpd up
    imap up
    interchange failed
    mysql (3.23.53a) failed
I can not access any mysql data bases, when trying to restart that it tells me contact sysadmin that it failed. None of the domains have access to the mysql either. What can I do. I have tried to reboot, I have resynsced, I have done everything that I can think of it has been down now for well over 12 hours.

You need to look at the error logs and find out what's going on:

    /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
    /var/log/messages
    /var/lib/mysql/host.domain.tld.err

you can try starting them by hand too....

    /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start

MySQL is very shy and only likes to share error's with it's log files.
