I sent out a e-mail to a guy (replied) and my "reply-to" got changed by the server to something obscene such as "@pjn.qsrch.net" instead of "@mydomin.com" why did the server do this?

How do I check / step up security for my e-mails?

Are you sure its not your "reply to" email address configured in your mail program itself?
