Server emails, alerts and tracking them all.

What methods do you as admins use to track the emails you get from your servers. I get emails from several services everyday.

Logwatch, CSF/LFD, SSH logins, etc. With a lot of servers this amounts to a high volume of emails.

I'm curious to see how the rest of the industry handles this load.
