Server error: '451 Temporary local problem - please try later' after adding new DNS zone via WHM

this morning around 10 AM est we have started experiencing the following error message sending email Server error: '451 Temporary local problem - please try later'

We were able to "fix the issue" by turning off 'Sender Verify " in Exim Configuration Manager. But i think if we were just to restart Exim will be the same think.

It work for a while, but we needed to add a new domain DNS zone via WHV Add DNS zone. (we added a new domain name) And it broke again - we have to swith ON or Off 'Sender Verify " in Exim Configuration Manager -it restarts the exim and email works again

Any Idea? was working prior no problem - we were adding lots of new DNS zone before as well - not too sure what changed?

Could you review /var/log/exim_mainlog and /var/log/exim_paniclog to see if there's any specific output when this happens?

again this happens only after we add the new DNS zone (for new domain) via WHM. This just happened recently - we are adding new domains ( DNS ) all the time. The only way fro our email to work again we would need to turn on (or Off) the "Sender Verify" to save the config and restart EXIM and email working again. Any idea?
