server ip/~cpanelname showing error 404

Hello, i just moved to a new server but after migrating my wordpress cpanel account, upon entering the server ip/~cpanel name it gives error 404 not found.
also i pointed the domain to the server ip and it loads a blank white page what could be the issue

Hello,

Please make sure Apache mod_userdir is enabled on the server.

You have to check o WHM >> Security >> Security Center >> Apache mod_userdir Tweak

Regarding domain showing blank white page , make sure the DNS update for the domain to point to new server is correct. Try Clearing browser cache.
Even check if all the files where transferred correctly , most of the time such issue occurs when the transfer is not done completely, in that case better try to transfer things once again.
