    Hello all,

I have 3 IP's on my server "test.example.com", one for the server itself, one for nameserver1 and another for nameserver2.

I created a cpanel account for my domain, say "example.com" and I want to add an SSL to it for my billing software and whatnot.

My question here is, Do I need to ask for another IP and assign it to my domain "example.com"? can't I just use the one for my server?

    Thank you!

If you want to have dedicated SSL then you must have to assign a dedicated IP to the website otherwise Cpanel will give you an error that website is not on the dedicated IP.

    Hello :)

You will need an additional IP address beyond the current three you are already using to allow for a dedicated IP address on the account.

    Thank you.
