Server keeps locking up

Hi All

One of my cPanel servers running on CENTOS 6.4 x86_64 hyper-v keeps 'locking up' so that it will not accept any page requests.

I also have another which keeps loosing it's contact with it's MySQL server

Where do I start looking to see where the problems are?
