    Ok, can some one tell me what Exactly this means/stands for.

    I would really like to know. I have heard all kinds of stuff...some way out there.

    Server load is how many processes are running for the CPU to deal with, and percentage of the CPU and memory used by the process.

    hmmm....ok
    So what does 0.05 & 0.50 & 1.0 mean ??

    one a single cpu machine.

    If you got the 1.0 information from ps aux, then that would be the percentage the process is using of each.
