My Cpanel server has been constantly consuming CPU and I believe it has got to be MySQL though I am not sure. IAre there tools available to detect the CPU usage cause? I installed PRM but could not understand how to use it. Can anybody help me?

command such as 'top' or 'ps aux' should give you some hints

if you go to phpMyAdmin you can see the process list of MySQL, from there you can know which user/database that hogging the CPU
