Server Load!

My server has recently been going crazy and is becoming very sluggish from the loads its taking on. I only have 10 people hosted on it and simply do not know what it could be.

Here is my Server Status:

Server Load 2.62 (1 cpu)
Memory Used 80.3 %

mySQL is also using A LOT of the CPU, here are the stats for this:

CPU: 10.79
MEM: 1.93
MYSQL PROCESSES: 0.0

Anyone have any suggestions for me please?
