server load

    HI all,


    I have one simple query about top command.


    PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
    15664 nobody 16 0 131m 52m 4108 S 14 2.6 0:26.53 /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -DSSL

    it show like this while i check top.
    if i would like to copy or write above in one file how to do it?

    i know how to check high cpu usages by command.

    i would like to trace load using top only.

    i tried W but it will write only configuration.

    please let me know what to do?
