    This includes:
    > 24x7x365 (5 minute interval) Server Monitoring and immediate Reboot if down
    > 1 Hour Guaranteed Response Time
    > 6 Hour Resolution Time
    > Backend server software upgrades (Kernel, Apache, OS, etc....)
    > Server Software installation
    > WHM/CPanel technical issues
    > Minor CGI/PHP/MySQL problems
    > Monthly Security audits to make sure that there are no common security holes in the server

    All support is provided by E-Mail.
    (Limited Toll-FREE & AIM Support is also available at no extra)

    This is "not" direct support to your hosting clients, this is management, support and monitoring for you, the hosting company.

    Interesting offer. And very cheap considering the standard prices.

    But I have a question, why do your clients (us) sign the NDA? Should you be the one signing it since you will have access to all our clients information?

    Yes, "we" sign the NDA with the client (NDA requires both parties to sign).
