I went to whm->server status->service status, and saw: memory used 81%. How could i know the reason to cause it so high? And is there a way to bring it down?

Sure there are many simple things you can do the lower the memory usage on your machine. The most common two are to optimize your my.cnf and apache configuration.

Use "top" in SSH to give you an idea of which processes are hogging the memory.

Take a look at this thread from WHT. http://webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=340239&highlight=optimize
