Hello,
I am Mreno28 and I am getting a bit frustrated which isn't your fault.
I Am Using a host called Exodus Hosting With Cpanel And My Website Was
working for a while, then it said one day " Server Not Found! "
And I Was So So Soooooo Angry,
I Tried To Contact my host,
but it has been 3 weeks going on a month and no response on my support ticket
So I created an account here and was hoping you could help me!

Thanks,
Mreno28

Yes I saw your message. cPanel, Inc. does not host websites. Nor does cPanel have access to the server that your website is on or any control over your Hosting Providers company.

As a website owner, you'll need to contact your Hosting Provider for this sort of issue.

Well I Saw the owner talk in a video about how he has access to all of that because obviously he is the owner and so If you cant access the information tell me how to fix it myself or get me away to talk to the Cpanel Owner!
Thanks,
Mreno28

Hello :)

You may need to switch hosting providers if you are unable to contact their support team. If you have access to your domain name, you can login to your domain registrar and update the name servers to ones provided by your new hosting company.

While we are happy to answer any questions you may have, cPanel is not your web hosting provider. We simply provide the software that your web hosting company uses.

Thank you.
