Simple question please for you experts. Purchasing a new cpanel server. Which processor below is more powerful and is the raptor drive much better because of the increase in speed. Also will customers benefit in increased port speeds. Used for web hosting customers. Please advise of any details.

Intel Xeon Dual Processor Woodcrest 5140

300GB SATA Raptor 10k

Choices for Uplink Port Speeds:
