server refused mail service

Dear All,

Lately people sending mail to my mail server are receiving a "server refused mail service" message.
What should causing this issue?

DataCenter Provider
You can check /var/log/exim_mainlog for any errors and also monitor the server to ensure exim is running fine and your server has no resource shortage issues.
