    Dear all,

We have issue with one ip address where our server should receiving mails from. The following is the current mail statistic for Top 50 rejected ips by message count for the period of 2008-11-30 04:02:31 to 2008-12-02 19:02:06.

    Messages Rejected ip
    17464 [202.155.50.156]
    64 local
    47 [58.8.100.171]
    42 [201.17.71.191]
    42 [88.238.54.194]

If you see the statistic above, ip 202.155.50.156 has been rejected for some reason. We have been through all configurations but still could not find any problem. I have listed the ip address in the spam white list but still not solving the problem. The ip address is owned by well-known ISP in our country.

Does anyone can help us to resolve this problem? At least give us hints where to check or where we can add something to solve this problem.

    Many thanks,
    grwenas

    grep 202.155.50.156 /var/log/exim_mainlog

You should be able to then get more information regarding the exact reason it is being rejected.
