    WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-S83
    CentOS 3.4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

I updated all 4 servers that I have to that version last week by clicking the update to latest version link. Now whenever I log into the server it restarts. I login using the domain not ip address enter in root and then the pass and as soon as I do that the whm pages load but the server reboots and then it is fine till the next day when I log in and it reboots itself. I haven't been able to find anything on this so far.

    Go on, have a guess
That's not good. Is there anything in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log related to the time before the crash? You may need to open a support ticket with cPanel to track it down, as it could be almost anything including:

    1. A corrupted file system
    2. Bad memory
    3. Shared library problems
    4. Perl installation problems

    and the list goes on.

One thing before you do anything, if you're running on Linux make sure that you do not have the laus rpm installed:

    rpm -q laus

If that comes back with anything then you can do the following:

    rpm -e laus
    echo alias "char-major-10-224 off" >> /etc/modules.conf
    service crond stop
    rmmod audit
    service crond start

Then try crash...err, logging into WHM ;)
