Is there anywhere on the net that allows us to probe our servers for vulnerabilies?

Also, why does NOT this CPANEL BB have a SECURITY forum? You would think with all the junk flying around, CPANEL would include a security forum around here?

    Thanks,
    David K.

I don't know exactly what you mean by about 'Is there anywhere on the net that allows us to probe our servers for vulnerabilies?'. You could always consider using one of the online open port scanners such as http://grc.com or http://www.totalsimplicity.com/scan.php to see what open ports you have on your server as a start and then consider either closing down those services on unwanted ports or employing a firewall to stop unsolicited access to them.

In terms of local security I believe the script /scripts/hackcheck does a primitive security check - you are contacted by email at your server administrator address if the script finds problems.
