Server sending Spam, how to prevent ?

    Hello every one & nick

    today an account was created on my server and they client used it to send mass mails through my server,

    What i need to know is there any way i can modify my MTA to restrict users from sending mails through theri account to some specified numbers per day or hours ..etc ?

    but will it also work for Exim coz i have a Cpanel/Whm server and , exim is installed out there.

    I also have seen a post over here quite some time back, which explained us how do modify our exim MTA to do the same, does any one remember the link ?
