server sends me a lot of emails!

Server sends me at least 200 emails at a day as this:

Sender:Service Monitor
Object:eximstats on hosting.futurename.org failed

Body:
eximstats failed @ Thu Mar 11 18:42:04 2004. A restart was attempted automagicly.

How can i stop this sending? What is the problem???

i too am haveing this error, is nice to know im not the only one, started the same time as yours, if im able to fix it ill give you a yell, till then anyone got any idears?
